We offer jiu jitsu vacations by providing clean and affordable accommodations located in the hottest training location in the United States (Pacific Beach, San Diego, California). Enjoy the opportunity to train full time with Andre Galvao, Saulo Ribeiro, Dean Lister, Rodrigo Medeiros,  Keenan Cornelius, Clark Gracie, Jeff Glover, and more! Soak in the sun as you surf the waves or lounge on the beach. Go for a hike on the scenic trails, enjoy the tourist attractions, check out the nightlife, and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer!

Meeting like-minded jiu jitsu athletes from all around the world who want to explore the city, train together, and get to know one another makes for a special environment inside the hostel you just can’t find anywhere else! Hostel Location

The University of Jiu Jitsu (Saulo/Xande Ribeiro), Arena MMA (Baret Yoshida), and Victory MMA (Jeff Glover/Dean Lister) are all a 20-25 minute bus ride from the BJJ Hostel. Clark Gracie Academy in Oldtown is also about a 25 minute commute via bus too. Atos is about a 30-35 minute bus ride from the BJJ Hostel. All of these academies are accessible by driving 10-15 minutes if you have your own car!

 

Inside the Hostel

The hostel will be able to host up to 11 guests with ample room for all guests to enjoy their time and privacy. A training area is set up for guests to drill or roll at any time of day with 10×10 feet of tatami 1″ MMA puzzle mats to accommodate for hard training. Housekeeping services will be provided throughout the week along with laundry facilities inside the building.

 

Test Yourself at Competitions!

Group rides to local tournaments hosted by IBJJF and local circuits will offer guests  with multiple options to test yourself in the jiu jitsu proving grounds of southern California.
